Co-Chairman
Jeremy Flug serves as Co‑Chairman of Gulftech Group, overseeing the firm’s long‑term strategic direction and continuing a family legacy of ownership spanning nearly six decades. He brings an investor’s discipline and a steward’s mindset—focused on building enduring businesses through investment, partnership, and accountability.
Co-Chairman
Rick Boerner serves as the Co-Chairman of Gulftech Group. Together with Jeremy, he is responsible for overseeing and setting the long-term strategic direction of the Group. With more than 36-years of dedication to Gulftech and 45-years of experience in food equipment manufacturing, operations and finance, he has been instrumental in the acquisition, combination and development of Gulftech’s group of companies.
Chief Executive Officer
Steven Ferrell leads Gulftech Group’s global operating companies. A hands‑on leader who sets the tone from the top, Steven is responsible for developing and leading strategic priorities across the family of brands. With deep expertise in acquisitions, operations, finance, management, and customer relationships, he works closely with leadership teams to strengthen market positions, drive innovation, and deliver long-term growth.
He has been with Gulftech for more than 26 years and embodies the firm’s owner‑operator mentality.
Chief Operating Officer
Jerry Buck plays a central role, partnering closely with Steven in shaping and executing Gulftech’s strategic and operational priorities across all brands. Jerry oversees the company’s global financial, legal, banking, and information technology functions while also leading key business development initiatives. His broad leadership responsibilities help ensure Gulftech’s financial strength, operational effectiveness, and continued growth.
Jerry has been with Gulftech for 10 years, including serving as Global CFO. Prior to joining Gulftech, he was a partner at Deloitte Tax, where he served as an Office Managing Tax Partner and was a lead advisor to Gulftech.
VP. Finance and Treasurer
As Vice President of Finance, Scott provides strategic financial leadership across Gulftech Group and its family of operating companies. He leads the global finance organization and plays a key role in executing the company’s financial strategy, capital structure, risk management, and long-term growth initiatives. Scott oversees corporate teams and critical business functions including accounting, financial reporting, treasury, tax, audit, insurance, and strategic planning and analysis, helping ensure Gulftech’s continued financial strength and operational excellence.
Prior to joining Gulftech, Scott held roles as Director of Tax for a family office and Senior Tax Manager at Deloitte Tax.
